About Peter Collins

For the last 25 years, Peter Collins has been providing advice to meet the ownership needs of business owners of closely-held companies throughout the USA. These include issues such as sale, purchase, valuation, conflict resolution, value enhancement, and exit planning.

He is a frequent speaker to Vistage (TEC), various industry associations. He is currently a director of five mid-size companies, an Independent General Partner and member of the audit committee of Renaissance Capital Partners, $50 million investment fund based in Dallas, TX.

He was previously employed by a UK conglomerate in several senior management roles including Director of Business Development, VP of Operations of a multinational, $400mm transportation company and as Group Strategic Planner.

He is a Certified Business Appraiser and Certified in M&A. He received an MBA from the City University, London and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Liverpool, England.
