Our Sale Process includes the following…- Completion of the Offering Memorandum/Business Review
- Finalization of Potential Buyer universe
- Completion of Introductory Letter, One Page Profile and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Phone follow up and distribution of Business Reviews to interested and qualified Buyers
- Coordinate initial meetings and visits to the Company
- Manage competitive bidding process
- Finalize and agree preferred Buyer, negotiate and sign Letter of Intent
- Manage Due Diligence process and assist with negotiation of Sale & Purchase Agreement
- Assist in the planning of ownership and management transition
- Close the Transaction
